CPAN modules needed:

        Mail::Box
        Template::Plugin::Calendar::Simple

If you want speedup using Mail::Box, try installing Mail::Box::Parser::C
module. However, this module is memory pig, and it often just hangs on my
Maildir folders. YMMV.
