  no such thing as a "typical" PLIVA candidate. Whilst most positions require 
  some scientific background and general business knowledge, many opportunities 
  are open to other backgrounds. Students and graduates from all fields (Biochemistry, 
  Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicines, Law, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources 
  Management and IT to name only a few) are welcome to join us. We know that capabilities 
  such as leadership, determination, initiative and character cross academic boundaries, 
  so we'll look at who you are and how your qualities fit into our business needs.</p>
<p>We offer 
  university and MBA scholarships to young, talented, people. PLIVA believes in 
  the critical thinking skills and commercial expertise that a MBA graduate can 
  bring to the business. That is why, after finishing an MBA program, you will 
  start with taking on actual tasks, either in Marketing and Sales, Research and 
  Development or Finance, at our headquarters or in one of our other operations. 
  Of course we need qualifications to meet your college or MBA ambitions. Apart 
  from having proven to possess the right personal profile and skills, we require 
  a degree in sciences or business and for those who are interested in the MBA 
  scholarship, proven international experience, preferably in the pharmaceuticals 
  industry. You need to have an excellent command of English and preferably a 
  second European language.</p>
