use file produced by Frey::MapReduce to display runnable methods from classes which aren't yet loaded

sort classes in ClassBrowser by usage
don't cache markup, reformat html into new quite readable form
Add title to Frey::Web and use it
class_methods can now return hash for easy check of defined methods
move class_methods into ClassLoader and add indication of input attributes to ClassBrowser
rename execute to runnable which makes much more sense
rename all package references to class as Moose calls them [0.18]

split ClassBrowser into it's own package (class)
